Movement Session

Movement sessions are designed to create internal motion with breathwork which allows external motion in the body to feel like freedom. I specialize in Pilates, GYROTONIC®, Yoga, MooreFit Energy Systems, Craniosacral and Myofascial Release along with energy work. When we allow our energy body to become more fluid and spacious, it allows our physical body to move with ease and grace. This work is powerful and innovative. I look forward to working with you!
