Let’s Astral Travel Together!

Astral Travel or Astral Projection is an intentional out of body experience that will give you insights into your past, future and parallel lives. On this Journey, we’ll explore techniques to access our astral body and connect with your guides, animal spirits and other worldly beings to support you in finding the answers you seek inside.

I will take you through a mediation process of connecting with your energetic body and auric fields in order to access the unified field where we gather information with our astral body and consciousness. We will also use the shamanic drum to journey to the otherworlds and gather information while connecting with our ancestors, loved ones, spirit animals, and other worldly beings. For some, they may have shapeshifting experiences which at times can happen during astral projection. A lot of people already astral project and aren’t aware that they are doing it. Being in a group setting with all the energy can help amplify the process.

There will be a time after to discuss anything that has come up for those wanting to share. When we journey or share dreams, especially in a group, there is usually a commonality of information that is coming through given we are sharing our energetic field with one another. This is a powerful way of healing and connecting to the cosmos.

What to bring to make your experience more comfortable

1. An extra blanket to keep toasty warm
2. Some type of eye covering (I will have extra washcloths as well)
3. Socks for warm feet:)
4. Yoga Mat
5. Any crystal. Mala, or relic that you feel you may want to connect with or want insights about (optional)
6. Your amazing self and astral body
